Barbara J. (McKendall) Santilli

76, of Johnston, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center, Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late William F. Santilli. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Nancy (Mirabella) McKendall. Barbara was a talented seamstress, making wedding gowns, doll clothing and angels for cancer patients. She was a lover of music, especially jazz. She was a giver of love and compassion and always had a listening ear. Barbara was also an antique enthusiast, especially her doll collection.

She is survived by her loving children, Cheryl Ouellet and her husband Alex, Tina Iacobucci and her husband Richard, Barbara Absi and her husband Michael, William Santilli, Jr. and his wife Elizabeth, Lisa McGuire and her husband William, and Dino Santilli; nineteen cherished grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren; dear siblings, Gloria Mallozzi, Helen Olivelli, Thomas McKendall, Rita Bassett, Marie Rezendes, Anita Coutu, Norman McKendall and the late Ernest McKendall, Michael McKendall, and Leo McKendall.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Monday at 7:00 pm. VISITING HOURS will be held Monday from 4:00 – 8:00 pm. Burial will be private.
