My deepest sympathy to all family, I was a patient of his for a very long time, no words can expressed my sadness right now. I just found out tonite that he passed. He helped me very much, a very kind and smart psychiatrist, and he cared deeply about all his patients. He's in heaven now. Again I'm so sad. Wanda carpenter

Dear Aida & Family, It was a pleasure to work with Dr. Pogacar till the end of his work days. He didn't considered what he did work, because he enjoyed helping his patients.. He will be sadly missed.

My deepest condolences to Dr. Pogacar's family , friends and patients.I worked with him as a psychiatric nurse at Kent County Hospital for many years. He was a strong ,positive influence for our unit and patients. The psychiatric unit just closed at Kent. He helped us greatly ,many years ago, when the hospital admininistration attempted to close the unit for the first time. I am grateful that he lived a long life and was able to effect change in many lives. Thank you and farewell Dr. Pogacar. Sincerely, Carol Crevier
