76, of Cranston, passed away on Thursday, December 14, 2017 surrounded by her loving family.  She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph B. Imondi. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Arthur Grover and the late Beatrice (Procaccianti) Palmer.

Joan is survived by her loving children, Joan Aquilante of Cranston, Brenda Gauthier and her husband Louis of West Warwick, George Aquilante of Charlotte, NC, Ronald Aquilante and his wife Jeanna of Cranston, Michael Aquilante and his wife Eileen of Cranston and the late Lisa Erice. She was the cherished grandmother of thirteen and great-grandmother of fourteen. Joan was the sister of Arthur Grover of Newport and the late Deborah Grover.

Her funeral will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. Mary’s Church, Cranston. Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS: Monday from 5:00-8:00 p.m.
