81, passed away on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at R.I. Hospital.  He was the husband of Anne McGregor.  He was born in Cranston a son of the late Joseph and Gaetana (Gargano) Pagano.  Mr. Pagano was previously the owner and operator of Jo-May Jewelry Co after which Mr. Pagano was an insurance agent employed at Independent Companies until his retirement.  He was an Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War. Joe was an avid fisherman, enjoyed golf, a NY Yankees Fan and had a passion for cooking.  Besides his wife, he is survived by his children, Joseph Pagano and his wife Donna of Scituate, and Lisa Bouchard and her husband Dennis of Cranston. He was the step-father of Terrie Duarte and Mike Pagano, both of FL. Joseph was the cherished grandfather of Ryan and Evan Pagano.  He was the brother of Ann Marie Gabriel of South Kingston and the late Richard M. and Mario Pagano.  Mr. Pagano also leaves behind his beloved dog Cocoa.

His funeral will be held on Friday at 11:30 a.m. at RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Relatives and friends are invited to gather inside the cemetery gates at 11:15 a.m.
