95, of Johnston, passed away on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at Hopkins Manor, Smithfield. She was the beloved wife of the late Louis A. Conte. Born in Cranston, she was the daughter of the late Francesco Macera and Concetta (DiLibero) Macera Ardente.

Lucy is survived by her loving children, Dennis F. Conte Sr., of Johnston and Virginia S. Masciarelli and her husband Alfred of Johnston. She was the cherished grandmother of Dennis F. Conte Jr., Gina Quattrini and her husband Kenneth, Jennifer Sweet and her husband Troy and David Masciarelli and his wife Lisa; great-grandmother of Skye, Zoe, Sofia, Dawson, Logan, Abigail and Connor. Lucy was the sister of Margaret Merluzzo of Cranston and the late Armando, Joseph and John Macera.  

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Monday at 10:00 a.m. in St. Robert Bellarmine Church, Johnston. Burial will take place in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
