Salvatore J. "Joe Pag" Pagliarini

90, of Cranston, passed away on Thursday, February 8, 2018 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center in Providence.  He was the beloved husband of Mary (Mariano) Pagliarini.  Born in Cranston, Salvatore was a son of the late Peter and Andonia (Grossi) Pagliarini.  He was a U.S. Marine Veteran, serving during WWII, as well as a machine operator.

Besides his wife, Salvatore is survived by his loving children, Joseph Pagliarini and his wife Diane of Warwick, Dennis Pagliarini and his wife Donna of FL, Peter Pagliarini and his wife Denise of Pawtucket, and Mary Ann Tondreau and her husband Gregory of Scituate.  He was the cherished grandfather of 9 and great grandfather of 17.  Salvatore was the dear brother of the late Peter A. Pagliarini.

His funeral will be held from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Monday at 10 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary’s Church, Cranston at 11 a.m.  VISITING HOURS: Monday Morning from 9-10 a.m.  Burial, with Military Honors, will be held in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be to: Hope Hospice & Palliative Care of RI, 1085 North Main Street, Providence, RI 02904.
