90, of Johnston, passed away on Monday, May 15, 2017.  He was the beloved husband of Helen (Giorgio) Mimande for 64 years.

Born in Cranston, he was a son of the late Alfred and Amelia (McIntyre) Mimande.

Thomas was a U.S. Army Veteran serving during the Korean War.  He worked as a weaver for 10 years and then as a truck driver at Warehouse Transport for the A&P Supermarkets in Cranston for 30 years.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his loving sons, Thomas Mimande and Robert Mimande both of Johnston.  He was the brother of the late William, Alfred and Clara Mimande.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Thursday at 9 a.m. followed by Committal Service and burial at 10 a.m. in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  VISITING HOURS are Wednesday from 4 - 7 p.m.  Kindly omit flowers.
