91, of Cranston, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, July 12, 2017.  He was the beloved husband of Concetta (Masi) Mazzei for 63 years.  Born in Lamezia Terme, CZ, Italy, he was the son of the late Francesco and Raffaela (Guerresi) Mazzei.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his loving daughters, Raffaela Gozzi and her husband Gaetano of Cranston, Carmela Barone and her husband Franco of Cranston; cherished grandchildren Vincenzo Gozzi, Alfredo Gozzi, Tania Tasca and her husband Carl Jr., Tara Barone, Antonio Barone and his wife Cashel and dear great grandchildren Giada, Giordana and Carl III Tasca, Gianfranco and Antonio Barone.  He was one of three brothers and five sisters, survived by Fiora Cefala of Johnston.

His funeral will be held on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. Bartholomew’s Church, 297 Laurel Hill Ave., Providence.  Entombment will take place in St. Ann Cemetery Mausoleum, Cranston.  VISITING HOURS are Saturday morning from 8:00 – 10:00 a.m.
