Jason D. Tammelleo

January 7, 1975 — December 9, 2017

Jason D. Tammelleo

42, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday December 9, 2017.  He was the beloved husband of Jennifer (Belisle) Tammelleo of Johnston and devoted father of Jason Tammelleo.  Born in Warwick, he was the cherished son of Linda Ricci-McNiel and the late Daniel Tammelleo. He is also survived by his much loved younger brother Chadd Tammelleo and his grandfather John Tammelleo.

Jason had a special place in his heart for his aunt Louise who he held in the highest regard.  He also leaves behind many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Jason graduated from Johnston Senior High School and entered into the United States Marine Corps.  He received his broker’s license and worked as Vice President at Ricci Properties Group of Cranston for several years, became a mortgage broker for Argent and WMC Mortgage Company and then went on to build several successful RI Businesses.  Ten years ago he founded and became CEO/Owner of Choice 1 Cleaning of Johnston with the support and help of the love of his life, his wife Jennifer.

Throughout Jason’s life he traveled many adventurous places throughout the world. His most treasured time was racing with his son Jason on their snowmobiles across the ice lakes and tough trails of Maine and Canada.

To anyone who knew him it was an understatement to say he was an avid fan of Star Trek, Star Wars and Indiana Jones and he had an original memorabilia collection in his home theater.

He enjoyed talking politics and business with his mom and seldom a day went by without an exchange of new ideas between them. Her heart is overwhelmed with pride for him.

A special thank you to his kind employees who have placed a memorial at his business location to honor his kindness toward them.  We love you Jason.
