95, of North Providence, passed away on Thursday, July 20, 2017 at Hopkins Manor, North Providence. He was the beloved husband of the late Adeline (Storti) Procacini. Born in Providence he was the son of the late Saverio “Harry” and Josephine (Montecalvo) Procacini. Mr. Procacini was a letter carrier for the United States Postal Service for 32 years until his retirement; he was also a WW II Navy Coast Guard veteran.
He is survived by his loving daughter Denise Briar and her husband Richard of Warwick; his sisters Anna Calitri and Bina Izzo both of Johnston and was also the father of the late John “Otto” Procacini.
Visiting hours will be held on Monday morning from 9:30 am – 10:30 am in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian at 11 am in St. Mary’s Church, Cranston. Burial with military honors will be in St. Ann’s Cemetery, Cranston.
