Lucy M. (Padula) Vitalo Ciolli

92, of West Warwick, passed away on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at Cra-Mar Meadows, Cranston, surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Anthony J. Ciolli, Sr. and Carmen Vitalo.    Born in Warwick, she was the daughter of the; late Domenic and Maria (Petrarca) Padula.

Lucy worked at Leviton Manufacturing for over 30 years. She loved to cook and take care of her home and yard; but her greatest pleasure was being with her family. Lucy loved to be included in all family functions, and always looked forward to upcoming events.

She is survived by her loving sons, Edward Vitalo and his wife Lola of Cranston and Paul Vitalo and his companion Leslie Stephens of West Warwick. She was also the cherished grandmother of Ted Vitalo and his wife Dina, Anthony Vitalo and his companion John Rao, Kate Harrington and her husband Patrick, and Elisa Vitalo, and great grandmother of Justin, Lily, Gia, Caroline and Jake. Lucy was also the dear sister of Elizabeth Petrarca of West Warwick , and the late Stella Pontarelli, Anthony Padula, Grace Ambessi, Marion Petrarca, John Padula and Anna Coppa.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday from 9-10 am in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am in St. Mary’s Church, Cranston. Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to: Hope Hospice & Palliative Care of RI, 1085 North Main St., Providence, RI 02904 or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
