Luigi Carbone

of Johnston, passed away on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at Greenville Skilled Nursing in Smithfield. He was the beloved husband of Maria (Sabino) Carbone.  Born in Roccaromana, Italy, he was the son of the late Vicenzo and Eleonora (Montanaro) Carbone.

Luigi was a mason and worked in the construction industry for many years before retiring.

He was the devoted father of Tanya T. Deanseris and her husband Jason of Johnston, the late Jerry Guadagno and his wife Karen of Annandale, NJ, Vincenzo Carbone and his wife Maria of Pietramelara, Italy and the late Patrizia Carbone; loving grandfather of Cristian, Marika, Renato, Sarina, Genaro, Jase and Emilia; and dear brother of Giuseppe, Antonio and Pietro Carbone, Filomena Perrotti and the late Orsola Vessella, Letizia D’Andreti, Maria Decanutti, Carmine “Mike”, Giovanni “John” and Alfonso Carbone.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Saturday, June 24th at 8:45 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Rocco Church, 931 Atwood Ave., Johnston at 10 a.m.  Burial will be at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  VISITING HOURS are Friday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
