Carmen M. (Marcello) Cole

93, of North Scituate, formerly of Warwick, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, May 20, 2018.  She was the beloved wife of the late George F. Cole.  Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Giuseppe and Philomena (Paolino) Marcello.

Carmen was the President of the former Cole & Sons Oil Company in Warwick for many years.  She was also a former communicant of St. Williams Parish in Warwick.

She was the loving mother of Lawrence R. Cole and his wife Carol of Warwick, Karen E. Hurst and her husband Steven of Warwick, Robert G. Cole of North Scituate, and the late Kevin M. Cole; cherished grandmother of Kimberly Cole, Michael Cole, Cheryl Campanini, Hank Williams III, Brent Williams, Mallory Aronstein, and was great grandmother of 14; dear sister of Joseph Marcello of North Providence, and the late Ann-Marie Salem and Paul Marcello.

Her funeral service will be held on Friday at 10:00 a.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston.  Burial will take place in R.I. Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.  VISITING HOURS are Thursday from 4 - 7 p.m.
