Danilo Antonio Nuñez

of Merino St., Providence, RI, passed away Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at home surrounded by his loving family.  Born in Dominican Republic, he was the son of the late Emilio and Ana Ysabel (Jimenez) de Nunez.

Danilo was a skilled upholsterer in the auto and furniture industry for many years.  He was a lover of music and loved to dance.

He was the devoted father of Maritza Nunez, Miriam Toledo, Wilfredo Nunez, Mayra Curran, Cheryl Luciano, Elizabeth Calle, Danilo Duran and the late Danilo Nunez, Jr.; dear brother of Carmen “Nini” Gonzalez, Julia “Cosi” Nunez, Victor Nunez, Amaury Nunez, and the late Cristobal Nunez, Arsenio Nunez, Bolivar Nunez, Roberto Nunez, and Altagracia Nunez; loving grandfather of twenty-nine and loving great-grandfather of thirty-five. A special “THANK YOU” to his granddaughter Yasmin Nunez who cared for him.

VISITING HOURS are Wednesday, November 14th from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, RI with a FUNERAL SERVICE at 7 p.m. to which relatives and friends are invited.

Inurnment will take place at a later date.
