Debra Collier Obituary
62, of Cranston, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at home.
Born in Providence, she was a daughter of John Moore and Constance D. (Hodges) Neilson. Debra was a cosmetoligist for many years in the Newport area until the time of her disability.
She is survived by her loving children, Carmelita J. Bisignani and her husband Thomas of West Warwick and Lolita L. Villanueva and her fiancée Cisco Perkins. Debra was the cherished grandmother of Macayla B. Bellucci, Melvin W. Paniagua, Iyanna R. Paniagua, and the late Sean Anthony Ordway and the great-grandmother of Frankie and Rocco. She was the sister of Denise LeCap of Providence, Robert Duffley of OK, Kenneth Duffley of Cranston, Angelique Gagnon of Cranston, and Jose Rivera Neilson of VA and the late Paula Temporal. Debra was the beloved godmother of Latonya Duffley.
Her funeral service will be held on Tuesday evening, October 16, 2018 at 8:00 p.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston. VISITING HOURS Tuesday evening 4-8 p.m. Burial will be private.
