Edward J. Capezza

83, of Cranston, passed away on Tuesday, August 20, 2019.  Born in Providence, Edward was a son of the late Alessio and Domenica (Melchiorre) Capezza.  He worked in the jewelry industry for many years, before retiring and was a Marine Veteran.

He is survived by his son Edward J. Capezza, Jr. of South Kingstown.  Edward was the father of the late Cynthia A. DiVincenzo, John and Alessio Capezza.  Edward was the cherished grandfather of Francesco and Marcello DiVincenzo, Eddy Capezza III, Allie Peterson, Alessio Capezza, Antonia Pariseau; loving great grandfather of Mario Capezza, Luca and Aria-Grace Peterson; dear brother of Dorothy, Anna, and the late Nick, Anthony, John, Jimmy and Etta.

His funeral service will be held in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Saturday at 12:00 p.m.  VISITING HOURS are on Saturday MORNING from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
