Grace (Rossi) D'Andrea

87, of Johnston, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at Greenville Center. She was the beloved wife of the late Louis D’Andrea. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Angelina (Nardolillo) Rossi.

Grace was the co-owner of the former Russo’s Restaurant in Cranston. Later, she worked at Rhode Island Hospital for many years before retiring. Grace enjoyed spending much of her time volunteering at the Johnston Senior Center. She was a fun-loving, warm person and was loved by all who knew her.

She is survived by her loving grandchildren, Vincent Jackvony, Jr. and his wife Alicia, Jenna Marchal and her husband Bear; dear son-in-law Vincent M. Jackvony, Sr.; cherished great-grandchildren, Will, Gracyn, Maddox and Adele; loving sister Alice Saccoccio, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Grace was predeceased by her three children, Patricia A. Jackvony, Toni Jean Carrazo and Thomas Russo, as well as her siblings, Eleanor, Angelina, Elizabeth, Edith, Ann Marie and Michael.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Monday at 8:45 am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. Rocco’s Church, Johnston. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS will be held on Sunday from 4:00 – 7:00 pm.
