JOSEPH A. RICCI

92, of Johnston, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at Home and Hospice Care of RI, 1085 North Main Street, Providence. He was the beloved husband of the late M. Vivian (McNulty) Ricci. Born in Providence, he was a son on the late Pasco and Maria (Xavier) Ricci. Joseph was a floor installer for Ruggieri Brothers Floor Covering in Cranston for forty years before his retirement.

He is survived by his loving children, Lori Ann Ricci and her husband Roger Thaine, Sr. of Rochester, NY and Kevin J. Ricci and his wife Patricia of Greenville. He was the cherished grandfather of Roger, Jr. and his fiancée Jen, and Stephen and his wife Meaghan, all of Rochester, NY and three great grandchildren, Claire, Mollie and Maeve. He was the brother of Anthony Ricci and his wife Elaine of Scottsdale, AZ, and the late George Ricci, Frank Ricci and Evelyn Meechi.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. in St. Rocco Church, 931 Atwood Avenue, Johnston. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston. VISITING HOURS are respectfully omitted. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hope Hospice and Palliative Care of RI, 1085 North Main Street, Providence, RI 02904.
