Jeanne C. (Santos) Silva

68, of Cranston, passed away on May 31, 2018. She was the beloved wife of Thomas R. Silva for 47 years. Born in Providence, Jeanne was one of three daughters of the late Angelo and Virginia (Furtado) Santos. Mrs. Silva was a teacher assistant at Cranston High School West for many years before her retirement.

In addition to her devoted husband, she is survived by her loving children, Kevin Silva and his wife Kristen of North Smithfield, and Heather Silva of Cranston. Jeanne was the cherished grandmother of five children to whom she referred as the "lights of her life" - Dylan, Ethan, Lucy, Charlotte, and Collin Silva.  She was the dear sister of Debra Santos and Pamela (Santos) Cameron and the adoring aunt of many nieces and nephews.  Her selfless heart and loving demeanor earned her many lifelong friends whom she loved as members of her extended family.

Her funeral will be held from NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Tuesday, June 5th at 8:45 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Joseph Church, 854 Providence St., West Warwick at 10:00 a.m.  VISITING HOURS: Monday 4:00-7:00 p.m.  Burial will be private.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: The American Heart Association at www.onlineaha.org.
