John Molloy Obituary

of Cranston, passed away on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at Brentwood Nursing Home in Warwick. He was the beloved husband for 65 years of Vera G. (Gravalese) Molloy. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Henry and Amy (Briggs) Molloy.

John was a toolmaker at the former Narragansett Brewery Company in Cranston for many years before retiring and was a WW-II U.S. Navy veteran.

Besides his wife Vera, he was the devoted father of John P. Molloy and his wife Liz of Plainville, MA; loving grandfather of Kellyn Kalish, Aimee Molloy and Ryan Molloy; and dear brother of James Molloy of Providence, Cynthia Falco of FL and the late Henry, George, Richard, Edward and David Molloy, Dorothy Mays and Betty Medeiros.

His Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by burial with military honors at RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter. VISITING HOURS are WEDNESDAY MORNING from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
