Marie DiStefano Obituary

83, of Warwick, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family Friday April 13, 2018. She was the beloved wife of the late Thomas C. DiStefano, Sr. Marie worked by her husband’s side for 63 years , through all of life’s endeavors. Family was everything to them.

Born in Providence she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Mary (Randle) Broccoli.

She was the mother of Cheryl Paolino and her husband Frank of East Greenwich, Linda Cotter and Brenda Landroche both of Warwick, Cynthia Stenning and her husband John of Coventry and Thomas C. DiStefano, Jr. and his companion Cathy Coburn of West Greenwich; she was the grandmother of seven; great grandmother of seven; great great grandmother of four; sister of Carol Thigpen of VA and the late Verna Keeler. Our family would like to thank Cheryl Waldman for her care and compassion provided to our parents.

Her funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 11:30am in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME 1278 Park Ave., Cranston. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS Tuesday morning 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hope Hospice & Palliative Care 1085 North Main St., Providence, RI 02904.
