Robert Esposito Obituary

71, of Warwick, passed away on June 17, 2018.  He was the beloved husband of Susan (Sumby) Esposito.  Born in Providence, Skeeter was the son of the late Pasco and Mabel (Travers) Esposito.  He was an Army veteran, stationed at West Point in New York.  Mr. Esposito was a popular waiter for many years at Twin Oaks Restaurant, Pinelli's, The General Stanton Inn and Reali's Restaurant.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his two loving daughters, Courtney Cavanagh and her husband Paul of East Greenwich, and Katie Barnes and her husband Gordon of North Attleboro.  Skeeter was the cherished grandfather of William, Patrick, Mia, Cathryn, Lani, Benjamin, Elizabeth and Matthew. His devotion to his grandchildren was immeasurable.  He will be remembered for his huge heart and his love for making others laugh.

His funeral will be held from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Friday at 9:45 a.m. followed by a Funeral Service in Woodridge Congregational Church in Cranston at 11:00 a.m.  Inurnment, with Military Honors, will be held in RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.  VISITING HOURS: Thursday from 4:00-7:00 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: American Diabetes Association, 260 Cochituate Road, #200, Framingham, Massachusetts, 01701.
