Shirley M. (Dziekiewicz) Sinape

88, of Hope, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on Saturday, November 10, 2018, at home. She was the beloved wife of the late Jerry J. Sinape. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late George and Mildred (Martin) Dziekiewicz. Shirley was the co-owner along with her late husband of the former Jerilyn’s Restaurant in Johnston for almost forty years. She was a communicant of Holy Apostles Church, Cranston. Shirley was a talented artist. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her four loving daughters, Jerilyn S. Spaziano of Johnston, Sheila A. Sinape of Los Angeles, CA, Lisa M. Powers of Wakefield, and Lori E. Sinape of Hope. Shirley was the cherished grandmother of Racquel and Roxxanne Spaziano, Peter St. Louis, Danielle Ortaga, Matthew St. Louis, and six beautiful great-grandchildren. She was the sister of George Dziekiewicz of Johnston and the late Delores Walsh.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Monday at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in Holy Apostles Church, 800 Pippin Orchard Road, Cranston. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
