Lawrence A. “FLUB”  Matano
79, of Johnston, passed away on June 7, 2021 at his home. He was born in Providence, a son of the late Pasquale and Stefania (Guatiello) Matano. Mr. Matano was a Mason for many years with Laborers Union Local #271 until his retirement.
He is survived by his loving children: Lawrence Matano , Jr. of Cranston, Chris Carbone of Cranston, Tammy Matano of Coventry and Sheri Champlin of Cranston; his dear sister: Marie Matano of Warwick and was also the cherished grandfather of 10.  Lawrence was the father of late Misty Gilbert, and brother of the late Pasquale Matano , Jr. and Stephen Matano.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Mass of Christian Burial on Monday at 11:30 am in St. Rocco’s Church, Johnston followed by burial in St. Ann’s Cemetery, Cranston.  Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
