Mary G. (DiLorenzo) Cacchiotti

of Debbie Dr., Cranston, passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at home surrounded by her loving family.  She was the beloved wife of the late Peter C. Cacchiotti.  Born in Cranston, she was the daughter of the late Pietro and Rosina (Gentile) DiLorenzo.

Mary graduated from Cranston High School in 1953.  She enjoyed spending time with her family; traveling; theatre; going to the beach; and an occasional trip to the casino.

She was the devoted mother of Peter A. Cacchiotti and his wife Barbara of Narragansett, Michael A. Cacchiotti and his wife Sharon of Cranston, Stephen J. Cacchiotti of Narragansett, Allen J. Cacchiotti and his companion Sandra Flosi of Narraganset, and the late Michelle M. Weller; loving grandmother of Renee and her husband Ilya, Shayla and her fiancé Joseph, Stephen Jr., Tyler, Ashley and Matthew; loving great-grandmother of Ethan; former mother-in-law of Sally Cacchiotti; and dear sister of the late Anna Rozzero, Rose Schroeder, and Joseph, Michael, Mario, Albert, Anthony, Peter and John DiLorenzo.

The family wishes to thank Hope Hospice & Palliative Care, RI for their sincere care of Mary.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Monday at 10 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary’s Church, 1525 Cranston St., Cranston at 11 a.m.  Burial will be at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  VISITING HOURS are Sunday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
