Adelina "Adeline" (Aceto) Barbato

Adelina (Aceto) Barbato “Adeline”, 95, of North Providence, passed away Friday, September 15, 2023 at Briarcliffe Manor in Johnston.  She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph B. Barbato.  Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Alfonso and Margaret (Tella) Aceto.

Adeline was the manager of the former GNA Plating Company in Providence for many years before retiring.

She was the devoted mother of Louis Barbato and his wife Karen of North Providence; cherished grandmother of Joseph L. Barbato of Warwick; and dear sister of Helen Ebner of North Providence, Alfonso Aceto, Jr. of Cranston and the late Gaetano Aceto, Joseph Aceto, Edith Ruggero, Elvira Snydowski, Angela Greaves, Susan Mancini, Rose Bongovani and Margherite Talierico.

Her funeral will be private.
