Alba (DeNuccio) Merola

90, of Cranston , passed away on Wednesday, July 08, 2015 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center, Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph Merola. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Eliseo and Rose (Regine) DeNuccio. Mrs. Merola was a sales representative at Sears for over 25 years until her retirement.
She is survived by her loving granddaughter Joelle Contillo of Cranston; great granddaughter Brianna Erbe and her dear brother Joseph DiNuccio of North Providence. She was also the loving mother of the late Joyce Fortunati and sister of the late Armondo, Americo, Frederico DeNuccio and Camille Piccoli.
Her visiting hours will be held on Friday morning from 9-10 am in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am in St. Mary's Church, Cranston.
