Albert Lapati

92, of Sycamore St., Providence, passed away on Monday, May 30, 2016 at home surrounded by his loving family.  He was the beloved husband for 66 years of Anna (Santopietro) Lapati.  Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Martino and Flavia (Coletti) Lapati.

Albert was the personnel manager at Catamore Jewelry Co. in East Providence for many years before retiring.

Besides his wife Anna, he was the loving father of Elena Nardolillo and her husband Kenny of Providence; and dear brother of Domenic “Tommy” Lapati of Providence and the late John Lapati and Elena Lapati.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Friday, June 3rd at 10 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary’s Church, 1525 Cranston St., Cranston at 11 a.m.  Burial will be at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  VISITING HOURS are FRIDAY MORNING from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
