Alessio Capezza

47, of Johnston, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at his home. He was the beloved husband of Paula (Piccirillo) Capezza. Born in Providence, he was a son of Edward Capezza, Sr. and Lorna (DiLeonardo) Zoglio. Paula and their dog Bugsy were the love of Alessio’s life. He had a passion for writing poetry. Alessio had a beautiful, caring, loving and unselfish heart.

Besides his wife and parents, he is survived by his loving children Alessio and Antonia Capezza, step-son James Piccirillo. He was the brother of Cynthia DiVincenzo, Edward Capezza, Jr. and the late John Capezza.

His funeral will be held on Monday at 9:00 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Mary Church, 1525 Cranston Street, Cranston. Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery. VISITING HOURS: Sunday 4:00-8:00 p.m.
