91, of Cranston, passed away on Saturday, July 26, 2014 at Elmhurst Extended Care in Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late Albert Raviele. Born in Lawrence, MA, she was the daughter of the late Pasquale and Angelina (Laurenza) DeConte.
Amelia was a mender at the former Worcester Company for 40 years before her retirement in 1996.
She was the devoted mother of JoAnn B. Iannotti and her husband Vincent and Angela M. Chiarini, all of Cranston; loving grandmother of Kenneth Albert Ruhle and his wife Melissa of Warwick; loving great-grandmother of Kendra and Ivy Ruhle; and dear sister of the late Rose Ferro, Domenic DeConte and Frank DeConte. She also leaves her nephew Fredrick Ferro and his wife Deborah of Jacksonville, FL; the family dog Giorgio; and many cherished nieces, nephews and friends.
Her Funeral Service to which relatives and friends are invited, will be held on Friday, August 1st at 11 a.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by burial at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS are FRIDAY MORNING from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.
