91, of Cranston passed away peacefully on October 17, 2013. She was the beloved wife of Raymond Ardente and recently celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Nicolo and Immaculata (Catarozzoli) Spinelli and sister of the late Josephine M. Sabetta, Geraldine and Salvatore Spinelli. Ann was active with the Parent Teacher Association of St. Mary's Academy Bay View and was a member of the Alpine Country Club. She loved cooking and entertaining for family and friends, and especially enjoyed dancing and singing. She leaves three daughters: Kathy Parker of Warwick, Diane Ardente of Johnston and Janice Flynn of Scituate, a son, Ray Ardente of No. Providence, as well as, two granddaughters-in-law, six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Her funeral will be held on Saturday at 9am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME and Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in the Immaculate Conception Church, Cranston at 10am. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS SATURDAY MORNING 8-9am. Donations may be made to your favorite charity.
