Angela C. (D'Antuono) Montefusco

90, of Cranston, passed away on Sunday, June 24, 2018.  She was the beloved wife of the late Nicolino “Nicky” Montefusco.  Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Domenico and Philomena (Verdelotti) D’Antuono.

Angela was the loving mother of Nicholas Montefusco and his wife Dori of Randolph, NJ and David P. Montefusco and his wife Debbie of Cranston.  She was also the sister of Louis D’Antuono of Narragansett, and the late Marion Guarini, Rose Macera, Michael, Carmino, Anthony, and Luigi D’Antuono.

Angela will be remembered for her sense of humor and her love of her family, and especially enjoyed taking care of and spending time with the young children of the family.  She also enjoyed watching sports and passed this on to her sons.

Her funeral will be held on Thursday at 9:45 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. Rocco’s Church, Johnston.  Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  VISITING HOURS are Wednesday from 5 - 8 p.m.
