Angelo A. Valente

91, of The Villages, FL, passed away suddenly and peacefully at home on Monday, October 5, 2015. He was the beloved husband of Mary Ann (Fratantuono) Valente. Born in Cranston, he was a son of the late Daniel and Anna (Cardillo) Valente. Angelo was a US Army veteran and served in the Military Police. He was a construction contractor and co-owner of New England Building Company, and Dana Reality Company. Angelo was an avid golfer and enjoyed billiards and music. He was the brother of Josephine Colafrancesco, Anthony Valente, and the late Nicholas DeRaimo, Rose Petrozzi, and Jennie Ciambrone. Angelo was the step-father of Donna M. Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Friday at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in Immaculate Conception Church, Oaklawn Avenue, Cranston. Burial will be in Saint Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS Friday morning 9:00-10:00 a.m.
