Anne E. (Pansera) Biello, 95 of Cranston passed away on Thursday December 4, 2025, with her family by her side. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late John and Elvira (Gallotta) Pansera. She was the beloved wife of the late Thomas Biello. They had been married for 63 years prior to his passing in 2014.
After high school, Anne went on to attend Salve Regina University, where she received her associates degree. She was part of the first graduating class of Salve Regina. Alongside her husband Tom, she ran the day-to-day business operations for T. Biello Plumbing and Heating, while also raising their seven children. She was the epitome of a matriarch; family always came first and was her greatest joy. She was devoted to her twenty grandchildren, attending as many events as she was able. She always remained a very active member of St. Mary’s Church Cranston: teaching CCD, a member of their choir, and part of the Regina Coeli Society. In her free time, she could be found at the Cranston Senior Center. She loved playing cards, bingo, doing crossword puzzles, and word searches.
She was the cherished mother of her seven children: Thomas J. Biello and his wife Paula, John D. Biello and his wife Rachel, Stephen M. Biello and his wife Peggie, Robert J. Biello and his wife Mary, Laurie Fellela and her husband Ken, Marianne Menard and her husband Robert, and Paul A. Biello and his wife Rene, with whom she resided at the time of her passing. Anne was the devoted and loving grandmother of twenty grandchildren: Thomas, Kristen, John, Jessica, Lauren, Marissa, Stephanie, Kerri, Shannon, Tara, Michael, Kaitlyn, Paul, Jr., Corey and Nina Biello, Jaimie and Lisa Fellela, and Alyssa, Amanda and Ryan Menard. The best “GiGi” to ten great grandchildren Brooklyn, Bristol, Caroline, Connor, Camryn, Aubrey, Olivia, Margot, Avianna, and Luca. She was the sister-in-law of Angela Filippone. She was predeceased by her sister Rita DePalo and her brother Paul Filippone.
Her funeral will leave at 9:15 on Thursday December 11, 2025, from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am at St. Mary’s Church, 1525 Cranston St, Cranston. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery. VISITING HOURS will be held Wednesday from 4:00 – 8:00 pm.
