99, of Johnston, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 7, 2014. She was the beloved wife of the late Albert DiRaimo. Born in Johnston, she was a daughter of the late Domenico and Catarina (D'Acchioli) Marandola. Annie worked for the former Walter Marshall Spinning Company, Floral Products, and Norton Safety Products, Company before her retiring in 1977. She was a communicant of St. Rocco Church, a member of the St. Rocco Women's Guild and a life member of the Kelley-Gazzero Senior Citizens. She is survived by two daughters, Catherine Piacitelli and her husband Angelo of Johnston, and Elizabeth "Betty" Colagiovanni and her husband Rocco of Smithfield, and one granddaughter Elizabeth Colagiovanni, Esq. of Smithfield. Annie was the sister of Lena DelGiudice and Anna Jacavone, both of Cranston, George Marandola of North Scituate, Vincent Marandola of Connecticut and the late Marie DiRaimo, Filomena Iannelli, Catherine Cimino, Joseph, Domenico "Tom" and Pasco Marandola. Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. Rocco Church, 927 Atwood Avenue, Johnston.
