Anthony J. Adamo, Sr.

Anthony J. Adamo, Sr., 88, of Cranston, passed away Friday, October 20, 2023 at Cedar Crest Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Cranston.  He was the beloved husband for 42 years of Debra L. (Crable) Adamo.  Born in Malden, Massachusetts, he was the son of the late Vito and Pietrina (Bruno) Adamo.

Anthony was a graduate of Northeastern College of Pharmacy and was a sales representative for E.R. Squibb & Son for 20 years and later for Nature’s Bounty for 15 years and Mission Pharmacal for 25 years before retiring.

Besides his wife Debra, Anthony was the devoted father of Donna F. Adamo, Christina L. Bruna (Eric), Daniel Adamo (Jamie), Deana L. Parrillo (Alex) and the late Anthony J. Adamo, Jr. and Debra A. Adamo; loving grandfather of Ashton, Aurora, Elias, and Layla; and dear brother of the late Nina Cianci, Anna DiCastro and John Adamo.

His funeral will be held on Thursday, October 26th, at 10 a.m. from the Nardolillo Funeral Home & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary’s Church, 1525 Cranston St. at 11 a.m.  Burial will be at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  VISITING HOURS are Wednesday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
