Anthony Giacomo Marciano
85, of Warwick, passed away on Tuesday, October 28, 2014, peacefully at South County Hospital, Wakefield. He was the beloved husband of the late Anna (Navaretta) Marciano. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Antonio and Jennie (Sabetti) Marciano. Mr. Marciano was a postal worker for the U.S. Post Office for many years until his retirement.
Anthony is survived by his daughter Valerie Swackey and her husband Anthony of Limington, Maine. Cherished grandfather of Anthony Swackey, Jr., of Warwick and Julie Richards and her husband Robert of Maine; great-grandfather of Dean, Chase and Devan Richards. Brother of Christine Navarette of Cranston, Janice Nimetz of Harriman, New York and the late Virginia Verrechia.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his graveside funeral service on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. in section 43, at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
