Anthony 'Tony' Ruggieri

Anthony "Tony", "Brother", Papa Tony" Ruggieri, 82, of Myrtle Avenue, Cranston, passed away on Sunday, November 9, 2014 at RI Hospital, Providence. He was the husband of the late Dolores (Saravo) Ruggieri. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Frank and Harriet (Clarke) Ruggieri. Tony was the owner of Providence Lacquer Cape and A.G.R. Warehouse Distributors of Hyannis, MA for over 50 years. He was the beloved father of Kim Madden and her husband Tom of Cranston, Ricky Ruggieri and his wife Lori of Hope, Steven Ruggieri and his wife Lori of Centerville, MA, Paul "Chip" Ruggieri and his wife Kristi of East Sandwich, MA. World's best grandfather of 9 grandchildren, Tommy, Eric, Domenic, Adam, Alyssa, Kyle, Sean, Samantha and Ethan and 2 great grandchildren, Ryan and Caroline. Brother of Robert Ruggieri of Cranston and the late Raymond Ruggieri and his twin Frank P. Ruggieri. His funeral will be held on Friday at 9:00am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Avenue Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Apostles Church, 800 Pippin Orchard Road, Cranston at 10:00am.
