Antonio Luigi Muccio

90, of Johnston, passed away on Thursday May 1, 2014 at Morgan Health Center in Johnston. He was the devoted husband of the late Maria Domenica (Cusano) Muccio. Born in Valle Agricola, Italy he was the son of the late Ernesto and Anna (Splendorio) Muccio. Antonio was a Power Press Operator for Jewel Case Company of Providence for 19 years retiring in 1985. He was a member of the Santa Maria diPrata Society.
He was the beloved father of Mario M. Muccio of Johnston, Angelo E. Muccio of Cranston, Anna Muccio of Johnston, Rosa A. Thompson of Warwick and the late Guisto G. Muccio; loving grandfather of seven and loving great-grandfather of six. He was the dear brother of Domenica Tartaglia of Johnston and the late Adelchi Muccio, Rosa Piccolino.
His funeral will be held on Tuesday at 9 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave. Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Rocco's Church, Johnston at 10 a.m. Entombment will be in St. Ann Cemetery Mausoleum, Cranston.
