ARTHUR A. PATNAUD

87, of North Kingstown, passed away on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 surrounded by his loving family at Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center, Providence. He was the husband of Sally H. (Riley) Patnaud. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Arthur and Mary (Norton) Patnaud. Mr. Patnaud was a former Union painter and contractor as well as the owner of ALW Painting Company, Cranston. Arthur was a US Navy Veteran serving in WWII and was a member of Union Local #195 Warwick and American Legion. Besides his wife, he is survived by his children Arthur P. Patnaud Maj. US Army RET. of Clearwater, FL, Carol Ann LaFazia and her husband Thomas USCG RET. of Jamestown, Michael A. Patnaud CPD and his wife Dina of North Kingstown and the late Joseph Patnaud. Arthur was the grandfather of Thomas, Michelle, Joseph, Michael, Joseph R and his great grandson Thomas J. LaFazia. His funeral will be held from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Tuesday at 8:45 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Paul's Church in Cranston at 10:00 a.m. Burial, with Military Honors, will take place in RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Exeter. VISITING HOURS are Monday 4-8 p.m.
