Arthur R. Zanfagna, Ret., PPD

75, of Johnston, passed away on Friday, November 23, 2018.  He was the beloved husband of Lynn (Dragon) Zanfagna, and the late Irene Margaret (Kelly) Zanfagna.  Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Arthur and Laura (Gallo) Zanfagna.

Arthur was a retired Providence Policeman and a member of the Fraternal Order of Police. He was also a U.S. Army Veteran serving during the Vietnam War.

He was the loving father of Arthur R. Zanfagna, Jr. of Cranston and the late Lynda Wallace; cherished grandfather of Rene Wallace; dear brother of Barbara Paola of Cranston.

His funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 29th, at 10:30 a.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston.  Burial with Military Honors will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  VISITING HOURS are Wednesday from 5 – 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: American Lung Association https://action.lung.org/site/Donation2?df_id=31271&31271.donation=form1
