Barbara C. (Gouveia) Jeffrey

90, of Cranston passed away on Monday May 18, 2026 at Cedar Crest Nursing Centre in Cranston. She was the beloved wife of the late Douglas H. Jeffrey (PFD Ret). Born in Warwick She was the daughter of the late Antonio and Sarah (Costa) Gouveia. Barbara was an accountant for Ann & Hope for many years before retiring.

She was the devoted mother of Glenn A. Jeffrey and his wife Cheryl; loving grandmother of Gabrielle, Giselle, and her loving Dog Eddie. She was the dear sister of Marilyn O’Connor and her husband Terrence and the late Bernice Hayes and her husband John. She was the dear aunt of Deborah Hayes, Laurie Hayes, Kevin Hayes, Kelly O’Connor and Matthew O’Connor.

Visiting hours which relatives and friends are invited will be held on Tuesday morning May 26, 2026 from 9:30 am – 11:00am in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave. Cranston followed by a Funeral Service at 11:00 am. Burial will follow in Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.
