Barbara M. (Iannuccilli) McDowell

79, of Cranston, passed away on Tuesday, January 3, 2017.  She was the beloved wife of the late Burton C. McDowell.  Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Marie (Forte) Iannuccilli.

Barbara worked as a secretary for the former Tucker Anthony Brokerage Firm of Providence for many years before retirement.

She is survived by her loving daughters, Lynn M. McDowell of Plymouth, MA, Kimberly A. McDowell and her partner Marcie Arnold of Canton, MA, Kerri A. Pistacchio and her husband John of Johnston, Susan C. Davenport and her husband Edward of Tabernacle, NJ; cherished grandchildren Nicholas and Christopher Pistacchio, Matthew and Andrew Davenport; dear brother Dr. Michael R. Iannuccilli and his wife Sharon of Cranston.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Monday at 9 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Mary’s Church, 1525 Cranston St., Cranston.  Burial will take place in RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.  VISITING HOURS are Sunday 4 – 8 p.m.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 2451 Crystal Drive, Suite 900, Arlington, VA 22202.
