Barbara Mello

Barbara Mello, 87, of Sunrise, Florida passed away on Tuesday March 19, 2024, with her family by her side. Born in Providence she was the daughter of the late Wilfred Williams and Carmella (Bariesi) Gagne. She was the wife of the late Joseph C. Mello Jr.

She was a Hairdresser for many years prior to her retirement.

She was the beloved mother of June Randle and her husband Richard, Darlene Chaffee and her husband George, Anthony L. Fisher, Doriann Randle-Twintrop, and Adrianne Gregvelevich. She is survived by a sister Roseanne Travis; she was predeceased by her five siblings. She was the loving grandmother of 27 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave, Cranston on Monday April 1, 2024, at 12:00pm, followed by committal prayers at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS will be held Monday from 10:00am-12:00pm. In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to help defer the funeral expenses.
