Barbara Ann (DiOrio) Pinelli
65, of Cranston, passed away on Sunday, January 12, 2014 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital in North Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph M. Pinelli. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Costanzo and Felicia (LaForgia) DiOrio.
She worked as a bookkeeper for Wayne Distributors for many years before her retirement.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Kimberly Pinelli of Cranston; cherished sisters, Julia Zoglio of North Carolina and Frances Cino of California; dear nieces and nephews, Kenneth Zoglio, Jr., Dean Zoglio, Sherry Wakeman, and Stacy Santurri; great niece and nephews, Dean Michael Zoglio, Anthony Faiola, and Alicia Wakeman.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday at 10 a.m. in Immaculate Conception Church, 237 Garden Hills Dr., Cranston. Burial will be private. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Red Cross, Rhode Island Chapter, 105 Gano Street, P.O. Box 2496, Providence, R.I. 02906.
