Bernice T. (Toti) Pasquazzi

88, of Cranston, RI, passed peacefully at home on Thursday, June 12, 2025, surrounded by her beloved family and listening to her even more beloved Il Volo.

Born on February 3, 1937, in Providence, RI, Bernice married the late Henry P. Pasquazzi, Sr. in 1955. Together, they built a beautiful home, raised four children, and enjoyed 56 wonderful years of marriage until his passing in 2011. Though her family and friends are devastated by our loss, we take comfort in knowing she lived a long, joyful life filled with travel, good food, great friends, and plenty of laughter. Her most cherished role was grandmother to her five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, who were her pride and joy.

In her later years, she could most often be found watching the Hallmark Channel (which has certainly seen a measurable decrease in viewership since her passing). She will be fondly remembered for never letting her loved ones leave her house without reminding them to “Be careful!”, and for her unwavering love and constant support. She will be greatly missed by all who were lucky enough to know her.

Bernice is survived by her children, Henry P. Pasquazzi, Jr. (Paula), Elaine Pasquazzi, and Anita Kroian (Michael); her grandchildren, Stephen Pasquazzi (Jennifer), Justin Pasquazzi, Emma Kirk (Matthew French), Michael H. Kroian, and Adam Kroian, step-grandchild Sheena Lunsmann; her great-grandchildren, Nicolas Pasquazzi and Evan Burdick; her sister, Gloria DiLeone (Kenneth); and many godchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry P. Pasquazzi, Sr.; her daughter, Diane Pasquazzi; her mother, Amelia (DiCecco) Toti (Vincenzo); and her brother, Vincent R. Toti.

Bernice’s family would also like to offer our heartfelt thanks to Michele, Kandace, Tina, Regina, Nicole, and the staff at HopeHealth, who enabled us to give Bernice a safe and comfortable transition to her next chapter while spending her final years at home. We are forever grateful.

Her funeral will be held on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston, followed by her Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in Holy Apostles Church, Cranston.
