Bonita L. (Smith) Rogers
66, of Grand Ave., Cranston, passed away on Friday, January 9, 2015 at RI Hospital in Providence. She was the beloved wife for 49 years of John W. Rogers, III. Born in Pawtucket, she was the cherished daughter of MaryJane (Gaudette) Senecal of Providence and step-daughter of the late Norman E. Senecal.
Besides her husband and mother, Bonita was the devoted mother of Shelley A. Coningford and her husband Scott of Cranston, John W. Rogers, IV of Seabrook, SC and Norman M. Rogers of Boise, ID; and loving grandmother of Scott Jr., Katharine, Brittany, John V, Autumn, Rachel and Matthew.
Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Thursday at 9 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Paul's Church, One St. Paul Place, Cranston at 10 a.m. Burial will be at RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter. VISITING HOURS are Wednesday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
