Braden E. Collins, Jr.

69, of Cranston, passed away on Friday, August 8, 2025. He was the beloved husband of the late Robin (Labonte) Collins. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Braden and Claire (Blanchette) Collins.

He is survived by his children, George Welchman and his wife Lori, and Tami Ward and her husband Tony; grandchildren Hunter, Arianna, Hailey, Isabella, and great grandchildren Aria and Alonzo Bonaminio; siblings John, David, James, Doug, Yvonne, Shirley, and the late Juanita. He also leaves his beloved cat Bebe.

Braden worked in shipping and receiving for EFD in East Providence for many years. He was an avid football fan, especially the New England Patriots.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Service on Tuesday, August 19th at 10:00 a.m. in Oaklawn Community Baptist Church, 229 Wilbur Ave., Cranston. Inurnment will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
