Brian F. Hussey

73, of Narragansett passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2016.  He was the husband of Kathleen (Riley) Hussey for over 50 years.  Born in Providence on April 23, 1943, he was the son of the late Walter J. and Evelyn (Hobin) Hussey of Barrington.

Brian retired from the former Fram Corporation of Rumford, after 30 years of service.  He was Vice President, Eastern Region.  He graduated Barrington High School 61’ and URI 74’, with a B.S. Degree.  He served in the Naval Reserve from 1961-63.

Besides his loving wife Kathleen, he is survived by his daughter Erin R. Morgan and granddaughter Kaitlin R. Morgan both of Narragansett.  He was predeceased in death by his son, Capt. Brian F. Hussey, Jr., USMC, a 1991 honor graduate of the United States Naval Academy.

He leaves four brothers, Walter J. (& Julie) of Rowley, MA, John G. of Boston, the Rev. Gerald W., Pastor of St. Catherine’s, Little Compton and retired Merchant Marine Capt. Robert M., also of Little Compton.  He also leaves his sister Nancy K. (“Annie Girl”), R.N., of Barrington.
