Carleton C. Cappuccino, DMD

69, of Cranston, passed away on Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at home.  Born in Boston, MA, he was a son of Gertrude S. (Rogers) Cappuccino of Cumberland and the late Anthony A. Cappuccino.  He was the beloved companion of Kathleen M. Thibault of Cranston.  Dr. Cappuccino was an Endodontist, practicing on Jefferson Blvd. in Warwick for many years.  He was a graduate of Harvard University earning his Doctorate Degree in 1973 and then an Endodontics Certificate in 1975. He was certified May 2, 1981 with The American Board of Endodontics.

Dr. Cappuccino is survived by his loving son Jonathon D. Cappuccino of Smithfield, and his sister Naomi R. Cappuccino of Ottawa, Canada.  He was the husband of the late Noreen Cappuccino and the former husband of Kristen L. Gardner of Cranston.

A Celebration of Life Ceremony will take place on Monday, August 22nd, from 5:30-9:00 p.m. at Cafe Nuovo, 1 Citizens Plaza, Providence.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Comprehensive Cancer Center East Greenwich, 1454 South County Trail, East Greenwich, RI 02818 or Tides Family Services, 215 Washington Street, West Warwick, RI 02893.
